No Refund Policy:

At Top Tier Diagnostics, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a testing service has been purchased, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for testing services purchased from Top Tier Diagnostics. Once a service has been purchased, it cannot be exchanged for another service or product.

Cancellation/Rescheduled Policy:
Top Tier Diagnostics does not allow cancellations once a testing service has been purchased. If you would like to reschedule for a different date or time, please understand we will need a 24 hour notice . All sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective testing kit from Top Tier Diagnostics, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement testing kit if necessary.
